$100.00 Scheduling/Deposit is required in order to book your appointment and will go towards the cost of the procedure you have booked.

ALL PERMANENT MAKE-UP PROCEDURES

will receive a Pre-Procedure Form via Text or Email before Scheduling an appointment.

If you arrive with a Contradiction your appointment will be canceled

SCHEDULING FEE Deposit made after Pre-Procedure Form is cleared by Practitioner Cindy

TOUCH UP:

Touch up visit is required 8 weeks
